About Heather
Heather has run the Healthcare Design Programme for Architecture + Design Scotland since 2006.
Previously, as an architect in practice she has taken a broad range of roles from the briefing and early design development of healthcare and educational facilities, through working in community consultation and with the third sector to the design of award winning sports buildings.
She has influenced the future of our built environment as a member of the Building Standards Advisory Committee, as a lecturer and writer on inclusive design and through representations to Parliament.
